How it works?

Clients do not submit documents on time, which makes the workload of accounting companies unmanageable in the last days of submitting declarations.

Our solution — at regular intervals, clients receive reminders about the deadlines for accounting processes (in the language that they understand), so that business and accounting companies can manage and plan work processes.

  • Reminders are created for customers about:
    • procurement s.f. submission (for VAT);
    • bank statements (for debt reconciliation);
    • employees (due to the SAM report);
    • minutes of the general meeting of shareholders (regarding FA reports).
  • Automatic sending of reminders is possible:
    • among B1.lt users;
    • by a specified date.
