FAQ / What if I am asked to enter a confirmation code (2FA)?
After logging into the B1.lt program (by entering your login details), an additional window appears in the program with the message: "Enter the verification code from Authenticator."
In this case, you need to:
1. Open the downloaded app on your phone ("Google Authenticator") or computer ("Authenticator");
2. A generated code will appear in the app — enter it in the B1.lt program;
3. Click "Login."
If the Google Authenticator app does not display the code, please check if another account linked to the Authenticator app might contain it.
If the authentication app was accidentally deleted from the device, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call +37046210322 and inform our specialists about the issue.
